Costa Coffee Salford Sc

This is one of the best Costa cafes I have visited. Despite how busy it can get, the staff always maintain high standards of cleanliness, particularly in the toilets.

Disrespectful staff flirting with my partner, poorly made coffee more interested in having a flirtatious conversation than serving other customers.

We were sitting having a friendly chat and a Costa coffee, when a staff member began mopping under our table and chairs, literally touching our shoes, one and a half hours before closing time. We observed the same thing happening to other customers seated at tables around the cafe. I think this is so rude.

A member of staff very rude i normally enjoy my cappuccino in Salford but not today, until i was told to sit down and tye lady said i will bring it to the table only yo be shouted like nobody was watching i felt so embarrassed she called me like am not a person or a human,gave me a cold Panini i ordered , refused to give me refund and had a male member of staff backing her up i felt so small Never again. This member of staff doesn't deserve working with public.

There is always a warm, welcoming atmosphere in this coffee shop and that's down to the fantastic team who work together brilliantly (sometimes against all the odds with so many online orders pouring in) and make it look easy. Each team member has a ready smile and genuine interest in customers and this is 100% consistent any time we enter the shop. It's also lovely to see the way the team all get on and that makes for a great place to work too. Costa Head Office, send your trainees to get inducted by working in this unit and recognise, reward and retain this team.
