Chicken Cottage Cheetham Hill - Salford

I placed an order for food that was never delivered. The restaurant took money from my account, but when I asked for a refund, a woman said they wouldn't give it back because they never received the order. I showed her an email confirmation and a transaction record as proof, but she still refused. She wouldn't let me speak to anyone else. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

We placed our food order over the phone and were told that delivery would take 45-1 hour, which was acceptable. However, we ended up waiting for 90 minutes with no sign of our food. When I called to inquire about the delay, I was informed that their chicken delivery had not arrived. I questioned why they would take an order if they didn't have the food to deliver, but received no satisfactory response. I was told that it would take an additional 30 minutes for our order to arrive. Frustrated by the poor service, I expressed that I would not be using their restaurant again, to which the person on the phone hung up on me. When our food finally arrived over 2 hours later, it was not only late but also an incomplete order. Additionally, the food was cold and the chips tasted like they were cooked in old oil. We will not be ordering from this restaurant again. Disappointing experience, avoid at all costs.

The service at this restaurant was awful. My friend was taken aback when he found out he had to pay for the extra cups on the side, and the woman working there rudely snatched them out of his hand and told him to leave. When he asked for a refund on his onion rings, she refused to do anything and even told me to be quiet when I suggested she give him his money back if she wanted him to leave.

The food and the service was really good , nice and clean , lovely food .We went in here for late night munchies , burger was huge , don't know how my friend eat it all but he did , freshly cooked .

Had from here before and it wasnt good..not been in ages and i know why.....only ordered 8 spicey wings and got 8 solid chicken wings.god knows how long they been there but forever is being kind........i will not be visiting here ever again.......nightmare.
