The Colosseum - Salem

Overpriced and outdated. The decor is dated and the food was just OK. The cost was more than I expected. I had one of the specials- the chicken parm sandwich with fries for $20 . IT was ok, but not great!

Food was delicious. Waiter was busy but as attentive as could be.

Never disappoints. Food is authentic . We usually sit at the bar . Sal has been with this restaurant for decades . I can always count on him to inform me about new specials . He is also a master at making fabulous cocktails . Large wine list also . Real authentic Italian restaurant in salem nh . So lucky

Went to eat here for the first time with 4 adults and 2 kids. Nobody liked their meal except one of the kids that got chicken fingers and I liked the flavor of the special chicken langostino even though the sauce was watery. We also got the chicken parm, shrimp fra diavolo, lobster ravioli, and spaghetti meatballs. Every sauce was watery and they all said they wouldn’t come back. One of the kids ordered what we thought was a kids order of the spaghetti meatballs but we think maybe we got an adult order with 2 meatballs which was $25. The meatballs were light in color and very dense, he didn’t like them and I tasted them and was not a fan either.
