Thai Orchid - Salem

This restaurant is great for families with children, and the food is delicious. The service was also excellent! I recommend trying the Lemongrass Chicken and the Evil Jungle Prince Curry.

I arrived about half an hour before the advertised closing time and was informed that the kitchen was already closed. It didn't matter if I wanted to dine in or order takeout.

While in town for a show at the Elsinore tonight, we found that our first choice for dinner was closed since it was Monday. We decided to look around to see what other dining options were available.

I wouldn't go back to this restaurant. I'm shocked if it even hit the health code, it was so terrible at night. I understand that there can be nocturnal, this was just far beyond what would allow me to give them a second chance.

They have many vegan options and they are clearly marked. many options that I wish were vegan unfortunately could not be made vegan because they use garnel paste in the sauces. I have a dish that was cauliflower brokkoli and erdnus sauce with rice and it was okay, but I did not love it I will try something else next time
