Bidra med feedbackI want to rate higher. I really do. But- I order through the mobile app and do some customization (think extra sauce on an quesadilla . But it's a crapshoot of whether or not it happens. Sometimes the sauce will just... not exist. It really doesdepend on who is working that day, which I understand. Clearly I need to figure out what days/times the person(s giving meextra sauce works. ;
I'm giving 1 star because that's the only way I can write a review. This location doesn't deserve any stars. I placed a mobile order with clear customizations to three of the items and they completely screwed up my order. I ordered a Chipotle ranchchicken burrito with no Chipotle and they completely ignored that. We ordered nacho fries and chose alternate dipping sauceswhich they completely ignored. They carelessly put the HOT nacho cheese sauce in the bag so that it spilled all over the bag andmy lap and when my husband went in to have our order fixed they rudely ignored him and then gave an attitude. I will NEVER orderfrom this location again and will tell everyone I know not to go there!!!!!!!
After a long time I believe it has been over 5- 6 years ago I revisited the taco bell with my wife on Sunday as she loves Chalupa of taco bell. We waited for long as the employee chatting with their fellow worker and didn't respond and was ignoringus. After 10 minutes one of the employee came and took our order. We ordered Chalupa and Crunchwrap Supreme one each. Aftersome time order was ready to be picked up. We Sat inside the store to eat. To our surprise both the items were cold as if takenout of refrigerator. We complained but no one responded. We just threw the food in trash and left the store. Will never visitagain the store in Salem NH.
Waited 30 min to take order. Understand understaffed. Waited 45 min. To get order. Chicken in edible. Tried to bring to counter was informed that all the chicken was that way. Never even looked at it.
I would give it a zero star if I could. My family is a die hard fan of Taco Bell. But today was the worst experience I had with them. We went to the Salem,Nh location around 10pm. The lady on the intercom just kept on repeatedly saying anything else,anything else. Came to us offensively. So I said lady calm down give us a minute we are ordering. That?s when she got aggressivethat I?m the one showing attitude. When we pulled up to the window she missed couple of items we ordered. So I asked if we couldadd on the items mind you there was hardly a car behind us. We were told to go back in the drive thruv to order again. Then Iasked her for manager, she came over I repeated same thing to her she said the same thing. I asked her for her name employees name which they wouldn?t give it me. Then a third person comes over I asked for his name. I was told the same thing.Then I told them to refund my money. It?s not about the money but how you treat people.. you are in a hospitality business getyour stuff together? you lost my business for good I?ll share this to as many as people as possible that I know?
