Nancy Jo's Burgers And Fries - Salem

I've tried to eat 3x here, but only twice successful. Once (my 2nd visit) they informed me about a short hand and a long delay (over 20 minutes), but I had no time for this long delay. But they are usually slow and I often have no time to wait for lunch. Good is great and the staff is very friendly, but only caution, it won't be fast. What's too bad.

They're not kidding. Burgers are very large and rich. A big frit is a whole paper bag of thick, crispy frits. Would come back.

Let me say we usually love nancy jos, but I got terrible service tonight. I had ordered online to get two burgers, pommes and 2 shakes at 5:15. I came at 5:16 clock to have started my order?t, or apparently received since the girl wrote my entire order from my phone without explanation. then she told me that she couldn't make any milkshakes because of her arms, but she decided to ask her coworkers behind the grill to make the shakes while she was gone. the grill type made the shakes, looked frustrated. When the girl came back, she asked who had the peanut butter and he crippled and said he didn't know it had peanut butter. the girl then grabbed her without fixing the problem and did not report me. she put the shook on the counter and didn't tell me they were ready. when I wait after 15 minutes in the shop for home to my food and shakes, my husband?s great speck cheeseburger was missing speck and bbq sauce and my burger had a wilded piece salat. overall I am not impressed tonight and will look for another location next time.

I came here with family who hyped the place up a lot more than it deserved. The burgers are exactly what I would expect at a fast food place: thin patty, too much bun, vegetables of questionable providence, and an overuse of condiments. Unfortunately, that McDonald's burger experience comes with a sit down restaurant price tag. Skip the fries. I've never had worse. They were bland, oil-flavored sticks of disappointment.

This place has definitely gone downhill. For whatever reason they started serving their burgers in to-go containers, so they're a pain to eat now. The sauce on the burger gets everywhere and the burger is too hot to even hold without the paper they used to use to wrap them. Everything on the burger was sticking out the sides, the cooks clearly don't know how to build a burger without it falling apart. On top of that, the bacon was undercooked, and the customer service was poor. Will not be eating here again.
