When we got there our waitress was nice but couldn’t hear our orders because it was super loud. She forgot my potato’s and my moms steak was not cooked. They gave us free desert for our inconveniences.

Great food reasonable prices myself went with butter lobster roll came with salad fries and dessert fantastic. My son got the buffalo chicken and said it was good also large portions. Wait service was also excellent

We have had a few bad experiences picking up food from here. One time all our food was left in the entryway sort of area and there was no indication the food was ready, so our food was bad that time. This time we had very little fries in our food, I for one got Fish and chips, and instead of coleslaw, asked for more fries. and the attached image was how many fries I got. They also gave me almost no tartar sauce. Not to mention my brothers burger also having very little fries. I understand 99 is more of a sit down restaurant but come on. TLDR: Two stars for multiple bad experiences, such as poor food quality due in some cases, lack of ordered food in others. Not a 1 star because it's about a 50/50 on us getting a bad experience currently. but it's been enough to warrant bringing it up.

Food portion was great. Tasted great. Our waitress was the best I had in a long time. Was very friendly and cheerful. Drinks were delicious and worth every penny ?

I was so impressed.. The fish n chips as schrod which is like a little cod. It was amazing! White fish so flaky cooked to perfection and the batter was delicious light and crunchy not overly battered. The coleslaw was also very light perfectly seasoned not on the heavy creamy side and not overly vinegar tasting like most. The salad was very fresh. I tried both the bleu cheese and ranch both excellent dressings. The broccoli and cheese soup wad delightful not heavy or too much broccoli. I also had the pleasure of having their mango Mai Tail. So delicious. Perfect blend of flavors not too much alcohol and the service was superb! I was very impressed to say the least! The prices were very reasonable. The bathrooms were super clean and the decor wad relaxing and up to date! If I am ever back in this area I'd return again for sure! Thank you 99 for being a positive reflection of my vacation to Massachusetts! You guys please keep.it up! Super impressed. Thank you!
