Bambú Tapas Y Brasas - Salamanca

Bambú was an unexpected and incredible experience. We decided to share some small plates. Our waiter was so knowledgeable about wines and pairing with food and he recommended the perfect match for our food. It was a Verdejo and the salmon in the cream dish (can not remember now) was a cloud like experience with the wine. I was so impressed by the quality of everything we tried to cave and ordered the cheesecake for dessert and I was not disappointed. I would return absolutely, this is a great place for an appointment or a special occasion or just to enjoy award-winning food.

The site was closed for Tuesdays, but it made me book a table and it was open! We had a great evening, staff so friendly, nice wine and the food was really good. We sat down, but begged up where it is quite alive. Downstairs is better if you want to be quiet somewhere.

It wall all perfect. Kitchen en open air, chef very well skilled, everything clean, service impeccable. Every dish we ordered was made with art and it was very tasty. The only negative thing was that we cannot go for dinner because it was already full
