The Pizza Place - Salado

We went for dinner on a Tuesday night, we waited 45 minutes for our two pizzas. The person serving us was so slow and uninterested in helping us he walked away as I tried to ask for a plate for my elderly mother. He moved like a snail and totally ignored us as I politely asked him for help. They were out of several items like extra large pizzas. How is that possible.

Staff is the rudest by far. They appeared bothered by working and having to wait on us.

Was in the Salado area on business and was staying at the Holiday Inn Express. At the end of the day we were tired and so wanted to order a couple salads and have them delivered. Called at 7:20 PM to place an order for two salads, they took my order and credit card and then said It 'll be about an hour... We talked about whether we wanted to wait an hour for two salads, so decided to drive the mile to their place to pick it up instead. From the time we left the hotel we tried to call ahead to let them know we were going to pick them up instead, but the telephone line was perpetually busy. Got to the business a few minutes later and told them I came to pick it up instead. And then the wait began.....45 minutes later a girl brought over two boxes and a bag and set it in front of me. I told her I didn 't order any pizza, it was just two salads. I almost took the pizzas and left, let them sort it out when the customer for the pizza comes in looking for it. 1 hour and 10 minutes after placing the order, they finally brought out the two salads, by this time we weren 't even hungry, nearly threw them in the trash. They have an ironic sign inside that reads something like This ain 't no fast food place and they hit it on the head. 1 hour and 10 minutes to get two salads. Worst service ever at a restaurant, they get the award for lousy service. I regret not grabbing the pizzas they tried to palm off on me, but then again, no one there seems to care about service, or the customer. NEVER again.

It was excellent. Quick counter order. Friendly staff. Great experience!

Very clean restaurant and the staff there was extremely friendly and welcoming. The food was absolutely amazing we had the pepperoni rolls, a large pizza, and some cheesy breadsticks. If I lived here this place would definitely be a weekly visit!
