Bush's Chicken - Salado

Went this afternoon for 2-6 pc tender meals and 1- 4pc tender meals, and one gallon of sweet tea. We had to wait a short while because they had to cook fresh tenders. Not a problem at all. But because we had to wait, the very gracious cashier added a few tenders to each meal. Service is getting much better Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Service was quick and nice. I ordered an individual meal with an extra side and it came out to $20, which I thought was insane. I know it’s not the employees fault, so I still tipped $5. The food wasn’t cooked well enough and the portions weren’t big enough for $20. Side note: A warning for people going through the drive-thru. There’s a huge pothole right at the turn. Be careful. I stopped here on my way from Dallas, and the chicken tasted artificial. It was really disappointing. Overall, I would rate the food a 1.

The food is always great here. However, the waitress who took our order was a bit rude and seemed like we were bothering her.
