Big Tony’s Cheesesteaks - Salado

He was extremely personable and so was (I assume his wife). It?s a food truck tucked away at the front of a storage facility. THE BEST Philly cheesesteak I?ve ever had. The bread was the GOAT and then the ingredients used were perfectly balanced. I got the original Philly with no mushrooms and add Jalapeño. I can tell he adds a certain level of Parmesan in each bite. Tony my dude...buy some Texas Pete or Louisiana hot sauce for those of us that like to coat our sandwichin it. Damn good philly regardless!!!

Ran into this guy and his wife at the Barrow Brewery. The absolute best cheese steak sandwich I have ever had. So much so that after I devoured the Original, I went back for a Buffalo/ Mango Habanero with some grilled jalapenos just a half hour later. Stop and see this guy, you won't regret it. ???? I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

Best cheese steak in Bell county period. My only issue is the hours, but I respect Tony's decision, he is his own boss ????

Big Tony's has some great cheese steaks and I definitely will be back again. You can call and order ahead and he will have it ready for you or you can get there and order. Overall for the price and what you get it's a great option for lunch and definitely recommend others to stop by and get a cheese steak. While you wait you will enjoy a nice conversation. I need to go back and get more photos of the sandwich as I had to take mine to go and when I got where I was going I waspretty hungry and just ate it up before I could get a photo but let's just say I'm sure I'll be back. I was able to try the Garlic Parmesan and the Original Philly Cheese steak both were delicious.
