Located near the famous Otokosaho-zuka and Mesaho-zuka tumuli in the Nishitsuhara ancient tomb group (very valuable tumuli managed by the Imperial Household Agency as the Emperor's mausoleum), as well as the Oni no Iwaya and event square, this facility offers a souvenir shop, restaurant (Shun-saika), exhibition hall, Nishitsuhara tourist information center, and experience hall. The souvenir shop sells local vegetables, processed products, souvenirs, flowers, and killifish. Local restaurant bento boxes and sweets are also available. Shun-saika offers dishes made with local ingredients. The exhibition hall displays items related to the Nishitsuhara ancient tomb group, Kokubunji Temple, and Mokugi Gochikan. The tourist information center provides guidance on Nishitsuhara. The experience hall offers pottery classes and other activities. There is also a covered rest area outside where visitors can relax and enjoy the breeze of Nishitsuhara. Starting from 2021, a rare butterfly called Asagimadara has been attracted to Fujibakama planted in the area, allowing visitors to see the precious butterfly for about a week.

Local products from Nishito City are available for purchase. There are ancient burial mounds scattered around the area.

This facility feels like a souvenir shop near the Nishito Hara Kofun. They have a wide variety of products, including famous unagi bento and unagi onigiri from Nishito. There is also a resting area and a microwave inside the facility. On the right side of the building, there is a restaurant called Shunsaika.

鬼の窟近くの物産館。 物産を購入できるスペースやレストランなどあり。ソフトクリーム購入できることを覚えている。うなぎの入船のオニギリや西都バーガーとか買った記憶もあり。
