Mellow Brown Coffee さいたま Xīn Dōu Xīn Diàn

Lunch time The cute goods and miscellaneous goods shop along the entrance of the shop. First of all, a spacious sofa spreads to the center. There are many chair designs. I ordered salad rice with avocado and salmon. Coffee is served with ice brewed coffee and without using a straw. (Is it like black beer?) It seems to be delicious. The salad rice is more delicious than expected! I tried to make it at home. It took 20 minutes to bake pancakes. It's not a mini size for lunch, but it's normal size, but it's voluminous! Creamy! It's full of sweet fluffy, but it's very satisfied! I sat for more than 3 hours while doing so, I enjoyed the healing time.

Fantastic experience it is really rare to enjoy a selection of beans and yet alone a siphon coffee! Excellent taste and made to order waffle pancake was just the icing on the cake! If you ever wondered what siphon coffee tastes like then look no further!

The Ethiopian siphon made coffee was out of this world good. 10/10

Spacious ambiance with lots of seatings including the terrace. The food is a bit overpriced and the portions are small. However they do serve a proper cup of coffee.
