Bidra med feedbackThe restaurant has recently undergone a complete renovation, and the unpleasant odor is no longer present. The new decor is lovely, providing ample space and easy navigation. As for the food, it is typical of McDonald's, but the Big Mac I ordered was well-constructed and less messy than those at other McDonald's locations.
I stopped by for coffee and was impressed by the quick service and friendly smiles. The entrance was easily accessible for wheelchairs.
The restaurant was very crowded and unclean, but I appreciated the indoor playground, which many McDonald's do not have. However, the surroundings could have been cleaner.
Rooms are terrible, almost everything in the room was falling apart.No shampoo or shower gel was given.The bed was making horrible noises.Stay away from room 11117 !!!Checking in after midnight, tired with a 3yo, the front desk offers us a deal to get a room closer to the beach for 120usd extra. We gladly refused and since his deal failed he didn't give us access to wifi internet but the next day afternoon. My daughter in Canada was freaking out and wrote to Sunwing and the hotel to know if we arrived safe !!!Food was bad, you have to tip left and right to get some service.Staff was so so..The beach was amazing, the pool and the outdoor areas were kept clean.Dishes and cups in the open buffet are dirty.Passing by the lobby, the sidewalk for strollers, there was a horrible smell all the time.Pay a little bit more and go to a better hotel.
I place my order and never received it after 25 min I complains and a woman dressed not in uniform told I did not pay at the machine the machine was not working properly ....then she gave my order 5 min later and wrong order and ice cold friesthe drink fountain has no ice and warm soda .every time I go to drive thru they forget something so that is why I went 8n . Told my son never again.i have been to many Mc Donald around the world and the service in Rosemère is the worst.
