Stumbled across this place whilst pottering through Troyes one day and then booked for dinner one warm and sunny evening. We sat by the water and tried all their starters, both types of burger and all the desserts.....we love our food and this place doesn't disappoint in every respect. A limited menu but all done really well, obviously well thought out and attention to detail. The starters were very tasty, burgers were ace, the buns on a different level and the desserts to die for.....try them all!Friendly and helpful staff too. If in Troyes, track down this bus, it's a must!

We just came back from an improvised dinner, we tried the clear bus and hugo unfortunately the bus was full, so we had a reservation outside. but what a surprise!!!! furnished terrace cosi ambient music parasol the whole offers you a super pleasant climate. The welcome is warm a lady simply explains and clearly the concept but above all explains very well the choice of clear and hugo to provide yourself to the local producers and to make everything home!!!You will love to eat! two extra fresh tasty entries with aromas that envy you taste buds! gastronomic hamburgers that are to make rougir the most popular restaurants of the troyan gastronomy. And then a service so friendly, and an atmosphere with the visibility of the kitchen the bus that gives you that a desire after having tasted first diner is to come back by booking in advance yes don't forget because inside it seems to be too mimi!!!This is my blow to heartr!!!!I've seen it so far but rarely quality extra gastronomic veggies

Great good hamburgers. And desserts, a slaughter. we love even if we can't eat hamburgers every day!Let's be nice, friendly atmosphere and nice concept. very nice food!!
