Bidra med feedbackAfter leaving Quebec City and crossing the St Lawrence River, we traveled west on Route 132 and stumbled upon this charming restaurant at lunchtime. They only serve breakfast and lunch, but the dishes are all delicious and seem to be homemade. Our young waitress, who I assume is the owner's daughter, was able to assist us in English. I ordered the Poutine, a traditional dish of French Fries smothered in brown gravy and cheese curds, while my wife enjoyed freshly made, airy crepes. To finish our meal, I had a slice of homemade chocolate cake that was exquisite. The decor at Le p'tit Resto is delightful, with booths adorned with hand-painted flowers and birds. I noticed many locals dining here, which is always a good sign. I highly recommend Le p'tit Resto for authentic and well-prepared provincial cuisine.
This restaurant is fantastic, offering delicious, classic dishes. We were able to satisfy our craving for steak and mussels with fries.
