Prelude - Saint-Vit

First of all a very good reception, a very warm and chic atmosphere. elodie is a very pleasant house mistress and throughout the service. the room has a correct number of table, which allows the service to be treated I think. we took the menu in 6 services, we were left with the choice to have the surprise as we went. I loved the fried egg. We found the calf head, it's special but very well prepared. Thank you, we'll be back!

Very nice discovery. refined cuisine with very present flavors and surprising details such as flower cabbage chips. neat presentation, elegant plates and perfect service. However, this beautiful kitchen would be more intimate and warm, but I don't doubt it will improve, the chef being very attentive and impatient to achieve perfection and we are close to it. bravo et à très bientot
