Bidra med feedbackTwo times and everything was excellent. The first tile we just came in and were so impressed that we were back on Saturday night with a reservation.
We had an excellent dinner here, and can't fault this restaurant! When we visited, it was a victim of the restoration works being carried out next door at the old salt warehouse, with metal hoardings against the terrace, a traffic lane diversion, and a crane...and builders, though they had finished work for the evening when we were there. Without a reservation, we were fairly early and were welcomed to a table with a good view, on a raised part of the ground floor. We chose from the three course 19 Euro menu, with a filling ficelle Picarde starter (ham and mushroom stuffed pancake covered in bechamel sauce and cheese), followed by moules frites for him and pollock fillets with risotto for me. The Tarte Maison was a shortbread style biscuit, with strawberry mousse and fresh strawberries on top, with crème chantilly a feast! The service was efficient and pleasant, and the restaurant appeared to have recently been refurbished. We'll certainly visit again to try other tempting sounding choices!
