I stopped at the SSI, GA site to ask a souvenir cup for my family. I was warmly welcomed by the staff on my arrival. I would resign if I did not mention how positively impressed I was by the employee who conversed/returned me to another Starbucks location for the above article. When I called this Starbucks, the employee I spoke with was very, very professional and offered to reserve the cup until I could pick it up the next morning. Continue success Starbucks, these employees are really assets for your organization!
