Good reception, cheap menu, very good, with fresh products, vegetable seson, refined cuisine
Very nice surprise that this restaurant. warm welcome, pleasant and welcoming room. The meal was perfect, from the asparagus perfectly cooked to the grenadin with a well balanced sauce. high quality desserts. full menu for 22€ in the evening, value for money excellent. Very good ****. We will come back and advise.
Delicious, nice presentation and reception at the top. Thank you.
We had heard of this restaurant well before the first containment, but we had never taken the time to get there despite the proximity of our residence. As soon as the restaurants were opened, we logically booked on the terrace (for the moment). And we spent an excellent lunch, in a pleasant setting and with smiling staff (male the mask), listening, and very professional. Question meal, the menu is wide enough with 5 inputs, 5 dishes and 4 desserts. Everything is definitely homemade and fresh. In entry, our choice stopped on: House foie gras with natural and its jam (very good and seasoned fun and small homemade jam was very good. We would have wanted so much more so that last one was good. Noix de Saint Jacques à la plancha et son mais blanc (4 gros st jacques très bien cuites avec une sauce très goutue) On dish: Beef and its green pepper sauce, vegetables (a very melting meat. Variety and seasonal vegetables) Sea pot and seasonal vegetables (we expected seafood without construction, but not at all. There were real pieces of several fish, all very well cooked. Vegetables were also very interesting, including wild asparagus which is not necessarily used to eating. Then, a Pouligny Saint Pierre cheese from farmy goat of the Ajoncs and its salad (a good piece of goat cheese that comes from a small town not far from St Savin) And finally, in dessert, we have chosen things of the moment par excellence: Strawberry Cappuccino, its vanilla whipped cream Farandole greedy around strawberries (3 versions of succulent desserts with strawberry, including a cappuccino of strawberries like the one chosen above). With regard to drinks, note an excellent artisanal beer, made in Cognac, and a red wine I already knew, the tarani, excellent when it is very fresh. Everything was very good, from beginning to end, and very well presented (it is to be emphasized). Thank you, Chief. A great time at the table. We will return, of course, to test the rest of the card, which undoubtedly, to hear the comments of our table neighbours, must be just as good.
