Holy Hot Mess. We came here for Halloween and karaoke to have some fun. Nothing crazy because we had to work the next day. Me and my friends ordered Long islands that came out weak, tasting straight of sour. No problem. We've been around the World and understand drinks are different everywhere just add a shot. The problem was they continued to go downward and eventually were more sour than anything else. I asked for a new drink and our server Jasmine) explained I'd have to take it up with the bartender. Ummmm, okay? This leads to the next problem. From the beginning, poor Jasmine seemed like a prisoner to this job rather than anything else. When we did ask for drinks or something else, it was a straight face, and whatever response. As she walked away, I had to ask if she even heard us a testimony to how uninvolved in the customers she was. Maybe it was and off night? Overall, go to Hoppers instead. This place was NOT good, customer service was awful, and the drinks were weak. Edit: found our Jasmine was working Solo :

The low rating has a lot to do with the fact it's a hang out for military. So you have a lot of drunk people all the time. If I had a dollar for every high and tight I would be rich!!! The food is good, I have always enjoyed the wings there. Service is friendly and somewhat fast. My suggestion would be to there early when it's still calm and you can enjoy this place to it's fullest. If you need something to do on the weekend and your stuck in FLW the head on down to Springfield. .

Chicken wings were awesome. However the service was not fast at all. Waited almost 40 minutes for my first plate of wings. Then another 20 for the second tray.

Food is good. I had the Philly that is served with cheese wiz. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Even thought we were there during an off time of year This place is still had great entertainment.

This place has a really cool atmosphere and theme for a bar but that is where the positive comments end. We were in town for a week and went to get some wings and drinks. The wings were raw in the middle and the wait staff was not interested in apologizing or getting us new wings. The sauces were good and so were the drinks. It was extremely crowded and all of the staff was rude. Do not waste your time going here.
