Bidra med feedbackWe arrive at 9:05 pm we announce dryly after 9 pm we only serve flat/dessert for a Saturday evening in school holidays), being somewhat uncomfortable. So, once we sit down, we're choosing a flat toy. No comment on the server!!! The dish then represents a very cut ragout species, barely distinguishing the very small pieces, bathing in an abundant sauce. I ask for the exchange by it is not the right definition of the dish confit : REFUSE! The cheek must be cut in size small steak appellation confit) and not totally dilaced certainly with its slightly accompanied sauce. We don't serve a duck in a miette and bathing in his fat. The presented plate does not correspond to its description is intolerable. This dish is served with the ladle so diluted in its sauce. The boss stayed on his position and I invited him to observe sites of play confit images and ragout! In fact, it's a twisted way of play! I invite anyone to tap on google :confit and ragout of cheeks to see the difference and to compare the plate of this restaurant. It is a banal touillasse of sauced cheeks...The expression confit is misleading and abusive I advise this restaurant whose culinary terms are inappropriate It will be necessary to change the wording of the plate, we left without finishing our meal or dessert.
Dommage Espadon offered in rosé cooking and served dry too cooked (frozen fish?? At 26€ the dish is disappointed
Eerlijke en heerlijke keuken met vriendelijke en attendant service
Very tasteful dishes prepared with finesse. Anyway, the zucchini flowers stuffed with the curry salmon flan, the burger at Beaufort, the St Peter's needle and the desserts, everything was succulent. In addition, a very nice welcome. That's what I'm expecting from a Master restorer.
Very good experience, terrace with distanced tables, music atmosphere not too strong, very nice presentation of plates, cooking fish (maigre and place) just as it takes, accompaniment served hot, dessert (home chocolate mousse) extra. Price in line with frame, service, plate content. Very good address to Saint Raphael, I recommend without hesitation.
