The owner cooks traditional local products plus make his own charcuterie plus home make chips cook in duck fat delicious lush is roasted beef in charcoal fire so tender with white beans and beef sauce is a delight. The omelette of local mushrooms is a delight to plus the specialty is the tripe. Well you need try by your self and find out trust me. I’m local to that area.
