It was simply perfect: a board of various smoked fish, a "hot-dog wrap" with grilled bread, smoked fish, goat cheese sauce and feta, raw vegetables and fries. In Fumée, everything is divinely good. The rollers are both greedy and very well balanced! The flavours are fresh and original. Always also very satisfied with smoky fish boards, too, for a year I order. My favourites: smoked octopus and mackerel. Bravo!

Let's discover this food truck from the beach and what a surprise! The concept runs around smoked local fish house in rolls and salads and it's excellent! Not to mention the accras! We're not on classic food trucks, we smell research on flavor mixes, bravo to the cook! It's fine!!!
