Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Guy said he was the assistant on Friday 9 Sept. at 5:00, 2022. I have placed an online order for departure. He forgot my sweet potatoes when I went back to get them, he gave them to me, and they were ice cold out of the fridge. He hated being there as if he was just tired. My caprese sandwich was almost warm and had no tomatoes on it. Very little cheese. It was the worst sandwich I ever had. I won't eat in the Crossroads store anymore unless it's just a smooth one. It was great.

The manager LEAH is rude. Not only is it rude with customers, but it is particularly rude for their employees. I heard them dishonestly disrespectful with another female employee. I will never walk again in another Tropical smoothie, as this is the kind of people that the company chooses to hire employment.

This review has been on my to-do list for a while. I enjoy visiting this place. A person who stands out is Leah. I'm always welcome. assures me that the smoothie I ordered is what I received. A constant smile. This place wasn't so pleasant before she worked here. For a while, I often visited. She would see that I'm freshly prepared with my smoothie. She once met me at the door with a smoothie. Very good service. Now that I work with everyone, they're all welcome to me. demands my well-being. It is the kind of person that spreads positivity.

So obviously, Tropical has ceased to honor the men and women who educate thirteen children. No more rebate. So sad.

The one on 34th st. Ordered online, got there much later than I planned and they kept it cold for me! AND the smoothie was delish! They Said they were slammed all day but they did not compromise on the quality of the smoothie. Go get you one right now! This location is the best one. Trust me!
