Bidra med feedbackThe atmosphere is good. It took a while to get out for our food, although the restaurant was occupied less than half. I had the Heuschnupfenburger and it was too salty for me. Our server did a good job.
Pretty much all the staff here have an attitude. I know it's tough getting back to work with no more stimulus checks and unemployment checks but time to get back to reality. Put a smile on your face, be nice to your customers and maybe this location won't go under.
Really beautiful restaurant, I've never been to a red robin before. I know there was one near my hometown. I was happy to be able to go with my wife for her birthday dinner, food was really delicious and the garlic fries are exquisite. If you manage to go to a red robin it is really nice because no matter what happens you're going to leave full Bottomless is Fries are awesome
We dined for lunch yesterday and had an AMAZING experience. We visit about once or twice a month and, being restaurant people ourselves, we know the struggle right now with labor and supply shortages. Yesterday, the service was top notch! Our server, Scott, was very professional, friendly, fast and anticipated our needs. He went above and beyond, making sure our experience was perfect. And it was! The manager made table touch rounds twice during our visit, very nice! Even the hostess came over to see if we wanted refills while she had a lull up front. That is clearly management training at its best! Thank you for the excellent meal and service. Please keep this team, they are the best!
Very disappointed i ordered whiskey river burger no mayo add bacon just to get home to see there's no bacon or BBQ sauce on my burger so I returned to red Robin instead of making it over fresh, she added the bacon&BBQ sauce on it and reheated the same burger and handed it to me with an attitude no apologies given from the girl who work in the kitchen and hands out orders so now my fries and onion rings are cold because I had to return to the store thinking they just was going to correct the whole order and remind you red Robin food isn't cheap to be getting treated like you ordering from McDonald's hell I probably would've got better services at McDonald's...I think the kitchen employee needs better training and better customer service skills because it's not the customer fault she chose to work that job...I only wanted what I was paying for not to be given whatever you want me to have
