Hardee's - SAINT PETERSBURG

Was not seen at hardeee’s forever and stood in it. great burger and the riders should die! the breakfast is even better.

Ok I admit, I'm just there because of the youngest social media about their kissy soft cookies twitter commentary. pure marketing genie! I haven't eaten in one since the 1970s! I had the Angus-Bacon a bit more burger. the burger was in order, nothing special, the pommes were cold. but what the visit was specially made the service. the manager stepped up from an interview to take my order. he was very friendly, took my order, sold me on a combo and told me to have a place and they would bring out the food. then a blonde dame brought out the food and gave a real smile and said that she hoped I enjoyed my meal. I ate all my ketchup and wanted more. the two I had talked to went back, so I asked the cook for a few more packages. he gave them back to me with a smile and a little friendly sharpening. So eating was at best moderate, but the service was perfect. Please note: I am a former district manager for a burger king freanchisee, so I know something about fast eating and service. the workers can do nothing about eating (except the cold pommes), but made my whole visit pleasant. this was a really well-managed location because I can't think that employees would act like that if not well-treated and with respect. I hope this will take it.

The number 1 combo felt muddy. the number 8 came decent. hot crispy pommes. the computer system went down after ordering. the menu seemed to be expensive.

On 18. juli 2022 sat at this place. we order and the guy behind the counter is a bit rude. my six-year-old sees a small sign that says free eating on the app. he comments on free eating. the Counter type asks where he sees it. I'll make a point and order. counter dude sleeps the sign that only on the app. then he cries to my 6 years old about 5 times that eating was not free. he is 6. I'm standing there with my wallet. manager tito acts place with angry guy. he keeps screaming my child until he drives them. I'm telling the manager something. he's reacting. I'm finally asking him to say something to that guy. manager doesn't tell me about my customers, okay, but my child deserves an apology. an adult has just bruised him to read and the situation was embarrassing. the guy comes and apologizes. we come to the car, they forgot the half of our order. I'm not so amusing.

Stopped in for a Double Western. It was badly burned. I couldn't eat it. I normally like Hardy's but I won't go be going back to this one. Wasted my money and now I still have to get something to eat. Fast food has gotten to expensive to be that poorly made.Had to come back to add that there are chunks of something yellowish in my milkshake. Is this cheese? $12 meal and the small fries were the only edible part. I'll leave two stars because the staff was nice but dang.
