Dunkin' - SAINT PETERSBURG

Quality of food was good but we ordered online at midnight the night before to pick up only 2 dozen donuts for my daughters birthday party at school. They tried to give me the wrong order when I pointed it out and gave them the order number they were baffled. They told me I need to come inside because they are on a timer in the drive thru. I went in and finally got my order but my daughter was 15 minutes late for school when we were going to be 15 minutes early so she could enjoy the donuts with her class.

Worst service ever never come back there. I wish I can give them 0 star. ??

On December 26th I placed an order, once I arrived home I realized that they forgot to put my 2 orders of mini everything bagels. I called, they requested that I can return or get them on my next visit. I provided my name and opted to get them on my next visit. Today I arrived, placed my complete order and mentioned that they owed me 2 orders of mini everything bagels. I was asked to pull around. At the window I reminded them again about the forgotten order. I paid, was asked to pull to the stop sign where I waited about 7 minutes (I had a big order). Got home...the forgotten order was NOT IN THE BAG!!!!

Pretty good hot cocoa, but my wife wanted hers made with almond milk. So we went to a different place for her's.

They are great but just need more pink frosted. Wonderful holiday drinks and good hot chocolate for checking out Christmas lights all over st pete and Largo.
