Cycle Brewing - SAINT PETERSBURG

We just recently moved to St Pete. We have been floored at how nice everyone is and have loved how welcomed we have felt. Everyone is over the top friendly....until we went into Cycle Brewing. The guy behind the bar was really rude to us with anything we said or asked about the beer. We were so uncomfortable that we paid and left our full beers. By reading the reviews it looks like sometimes the bartender on staff is really nice so I am guessing there is one that is spoiling it for the group. Being the only place we have felt treated rudely and felt uncomfortable, we won't be going back in to test the waters. Totally open and excited to find the beer in stores or groceries (if sold there) to try it out. Not posting a review to bash but rather warn others or maybe the business owner to find the rude employee. Sunday Sept 10th afternoon is when we were there.

We were biking around downtown and decided to drop in for a drink. If you like stouts this place is for you! Lots of stouts! And they are strong! Whew! It’s a chill spot with cool decor.

Bartender was just reluctant to give tasters. He was the only person her on the 4th of July. I wanted to open a tab and he said they close in 10 minutes. I felt like I was an inconvenience for being in the establishment. Cool venue, maybe dude was having a bad night but truly a bad start to a fun night out.
