Checkers - SAINT PETERSBURG

Workers we climb in and out of the windows were careless, they were just standing around or talking to friends who didn't work there. Never has anyone taken his command while I am in the car thru, I will never be back and my family also not.

Had loaded fries for the first time. Was a disappointed as the were soggy not crisp. The taste was good in flavor but not as good a their burgers.

First of all, I partially blame the company as a whole for FALSE ADVERTISING with their tenders. Nothing ever looks like the photo I guess, but there's ZERO similarities other than the pepper sprinkled throughout batter.. Now whatever tenders these are have most definitely sat for HOURS and then redipped to be hot. You cannot tell me otherwise. I waited 20 minutes for my food today, AFTER ordering. I didn't mind waiting. I was polite and thanked the woman at the window. I didn't complain or cause a scene like some people would. But getting home and opening this which I bought for my child is disappointing. ALL of my food should have been fresh if I'm waiting that long. Food safety, temperatures and timing is so important and in place for a reason. This is due to pure laziness or concern for food cost/waste. Either way it should not outweigh food safety. I'm glad that I check my child's food and was able to throw this away. Otherwise he would have just eaten it and most likely have spent the next few days sick.$4.79 +tax to serve me this?! How do y'all sleep at night?

Robin was so nice. She took our order via drive thru and helped us with our rewards. We really appreciate her patience and kindness.
