Indie Eatery - Saint Peters

The owners are U.S Air force vets who know what they're doing here! Indie Eatery is a delicious, healthy, and earth friendly restaurant. I tried the Compost Nachos and the Future Greens Smoothie and was wowed. Can't wait to go back and try other items on the menu. See you again soon!

We need more places like this in St Peters. There's so much flavor going on in this menu. Some of the best Belgian waffles I've ever had and I cannot wait to return. This is more of a boutique than a dinner so seating is limited. Cold brew coffee was good. Looking forward to trying new smoothies. Very environmentally conscious place????

This place is seriously great and a hidden gem in Saint Peters. It's menu is focused and sustainable with vegan and vegetarian options but also something if you're looking for something a little more mainstream. I ordered the compost nachos, which is what is pictured. They came in a biodegradable container with a wooden utensil. The price point is about comparable to something like a QDOBA or Bread Co. The iced chai tea I had was also stellar.

My husband and I looooove Indie Eatery. The food is absolutely delicious and the B Energy smoothie is one of the best smoothies we?ve ever had. The waffles are always so fresh and the chicken tacos are amazing! Shannon is also always so welcoming and knowledgeable about her menu. We?ve gone 2 weekends in a row and will definitely make many more trips!

Amazing waffles! They came with no syrup and they were so good no syrup was needed. Nashville hot chicken and waffles was the special the day we went and it was great. Also try the future greens and b-energy smoothies. They were delicious!
