St Pete Bouys Waterfront And Grill

I’ve enjoyed this place multiple times. Last Friday I arrived at 9 pm after driving in from another state. Their website, Facebook page, and Google maps listings all say that Friday they are open until 11 pm. I arrived at 9 pm and chose to go there specifically because they listed 11 pm as closing time. We were still eating our main when the staff started sweeping and putting the chairs on tables. I checked online to make sure I hadn’t misreadthe server didn’t seem happy about us ordering a second cocktail and dessert. It was still an hour before their stated closing. I asked the server and she said they close at 10 EVERY night. I would not have gone there at 9 if I’d known. I told her the restaurant website, FB Google all say 11 pm on Friday. She said they close at 10 and the owners leave it posted as 11 “in case we get busy”. I’m sorry I went, it’s not pleasant to have the chairs being put on tables around you an hour before their stated closing time and being made to feel you are imposing by ordering dessert. Why don’t they post actual closing time? You can always stay open later if you get busy. But closing up around customers who are there 2 hours before your own stated closing time is frankly rude.

Foodies here!!! We normally go to Destin every year and get our fresh fish kick at Boshamps because they are our favorite! We are here in St Pete for a conference and been eating at local restaurants every day to get our fresh fish kick But the restaurant have been very disappointing as far as quality of food for the price. I was getting frustrated to the point to just eat fast food. We tried Buoys and oh my it was smacking delish! We had their swordfish with risotto and spinach. I was in heaven. Thank you for not failing my foodie standards. It was amazing!

We had the pleasure of dining there for dinner twice during our last visit to St. Pete! The food is always delicious and the service is top notch! The view is gorgeous, especially if you have a chance to eat on the outside deck! This is definitely one of our must do restaurants when we are in town!

Went with boyfriend for a nice evening dinner hostess Ilsa was very friendly with a warm welcome. burgers were AMAZING along with the mashed potatoes, had some chocolate caramel cake/tart thing that was delicious and made in house. server Val was super sweet answered all of our questions with patience. hostess mentioned a really good breakfast menu so will definitely be back for some breakfast soon
