L'Auberge Basque

It was a beautiful evening with my man and daughter. we had the menu with paired weeps, service was very flexible and beautiful. Open kitchen was amazing to see the professionalism of the brigade while cooking. it was a multisensory satisfying experience!

Excellent restaurant with a super surprise as the menu was created for our group. Our individual likes and dislikes were fully reflected in the dishes and the execution was superb. Good choices of local wines were advised and the lamb, especially appropriate for an Easter...meal, was marvellous.

We wanted to book for the next week noon or evening with a smart box.Answer not before September 4...Because it's probably not complete I think there's discrimination.

Gastronomic meal at mr cédric bechade. frankly, great art. irreproachable personal, variety of superb tastes, products of extreme quality. originality also resides and especially in the revisited side of Basque cuisine. Just awesome! We stayed in one of the contemporary rooms, and there too, it's a faultless one. very beautiful room space, superb bedding, relaxing decoration. The breakfasts are simply sublime with once again, priority to local products (staff brooms especially!...). Finally, the place is simply great: facing the rhune, in the middle of the counterfort, surrounded by fields and meadows, very green, extremely pleasant.So you will have understood it, we were delighted at all levels. a big bravo and thank you to all the staff.

I went there three times, the first to the top, the second to the top but the third... it was for our one year with my girlfriend. quality is undeniable but I was very disappointed that day of the quantity and waiting between the dishes (between 20 and 30 min) , maybe it was a bad day I don’t know . It's because the two times before made me dream that I wanted to go back there a third time. However frame really top very sharp, open kitchen. I still recommend.
