Noodles & Co White Bear - Saint Paul

First bad review, sorry. missing Ceasars salad, no butter for the bread, and very small portion of extra sauce. Chicken Parmesan was overcooked. I am sad. I usually like the food here.

I wish the extra shrimp was sautéed and packaged together. It would taste better and be more environmentally friendly. Your packaging is not economical friendly to start with but less would help.

Ordered 2 entrees. Only 1 was delivered, the other was MIA. The entrée that was delivered (Japanese Pan Noodles, which I have ordered many times in the past) was terrible, hardly any sauce and the noodles seemed over cooked. Sadly, Noodles Co. used to be one my favorites for lunch, but I apos;m not sure they have the quality control processes in place to deliver an acceptable customer experience.

Ordered gluten free. Recieved a mixture of gluten free and regular noodles. This is unacceptable. I have an allergy and cannot eat this.

Why is it that I can go into most any restaurant and get the food I order, but restaurants get it wrong more often than not for deliveries? This was my first experience with Noodles and Company and it is also my last. Prices are too high for the amount and quantity of food. They did not send everything I ordered, and the noodles were over cooked. They didnt even include napkins, much less cutlery. The cheesy garlic bread was good, but you better want your cheese crispy rather than gooey.
