Leeann Chin - Saint Paul

I ordered the imperial plate with green beans, they are selling old green beans. Green beans shouldn't look like this!

A friend and I stopped in yesterday to get some of their tasty food and the staff here were awesome! So kind and polite and they stocked up our bowls to the brim! However, after we ate our food we both got sick. This was really the only food I hadeaten all day and unfortunately I was not able to finish due to my stomach reacting. I also find it hard because I love theirnoodles so much but it seems to be a hit and miss sometimes with the way they are prepared?. Sometimes they taste great, othertimes they have a funky after taste that is always the same. Again, great staff but the food left me feeling sick and I had tothrow the remaining 3/4ths away.

The restaurant is very clean, and the food was fresh and served hot. The manager appears to be actively engaged in both the service and the overall operation, which is not something you often see. The staff was friendly, and the portion sizes were generous.

I had a pleasant experience with online ordering and dining in. The food was ready as soon as I arrived, and I enjoyed watching ESPN on the cable TV. The temperature was comfortable, and the restaurant was clean. However, the staff seemed a bit grumpy and argumentative, which has made me decide not to return to that Leeann Chin. I will stick with my usual location in Eagan. I've been a loyal customer of this restaurant chain for over 20 years, and I do appreciate it overall.

The food was mediocre, and I really wish the staff, especially the younger employees, had better communication and customer service skills. They definitely need more training. I found them to be very rude, with no people skills whatsoever.
