Kane's Catering - Saint Paul

Josie was our main point of contact! She was there through our indecisiveness of choosing what plated meals we wanted to go with : We had quite the back and forth deciding but ultimately went with the Prime rib, Walleye, chicken, and a vegan option! Jerry, the chef did an incredible job at preparing our favorites. We had so many people comments on how good the walleye was! I did have a few bones in My filet but no one else seemed to have any so maybe I just got the one : other than that it was great! The cost was very affordable. They were efficient with timing of salads, meals, and plating the cake!Josie was even there to personally place Scott and I’s meals and officially wish us a congratulations. Thank you Kanes!

Kane 's catered our wedding and it was fabulous to work with them!Katie is very responsive to all of our emails and voicemails. She does a wonderful job answering all our questions!We had multiple tastings from Kane 's to see what food we liked most and wanted for our wedding. We ended up going with pulled pork sandwiches, bbq meatballs, veggie pasta, potato medley, and salads!! This ended being a great choice because Chef Jerry 's food was so delicious at our wedding.Kane 's staff showed up on time, set up quickly, had the food ready when we wanted it to be, and took down quickly as well. We barely knew when they arrived, set up, and took everything down.If you want a large menu to choose from, great food, a dedicated team, and awesome 'day of ' service you definitely need to check Kane 's out!!!

I scheduled a funeral luncheon with Josie, who was very friendly, helpful, answered all questions and was very professional. We decided on a two entree buffet. I explained to Jerry Kane, after the event, that the chicken was very moist and tasty, however the roast beef au jus was dry and tough even with the servers doing there best to submerse the meat into the juices. He didn 't seem to take the comment to well. His response to me was that 's odd, it 's usually tender and juicy . I felt offended, as he didn 't even offer an apology after I paid $2100.00+. Live and learn!

I do not have enough kind words to describe Kane's Catering. First, I have to mention that they came through for me in a pinch. I want to clarify, while it saved my behind, it is not the catalyst for this review.We were and I still am very impressed with this team. They quickly picked up on my vision. Supported, educated and assisted me toward great options which worked out perfectly. The team which came to the house were delightful, friendly, emaculate, efficient, helpful!, engaging and dedicated. Needless to say the food was wonderful and everyone who attended the party had only Great things to say. Thank you so much. You are on my go to catering list forever! Thanks again for everything! It is for good reason you have accolades!

I didn’t personally work with Kanes Catering, but I attended a friends wedding last weekend, and the chicken they served was SO PINK. Everyone at my table also had undercooked chicken. Unacceptable. I wish I took a picture.
