Bidra med feedbackHyacinth is, without a doubt, a world class restaurant! The food was excellent. I highly recommend the fried olives, watermelon salad, Bucatini cacio e pepe and the risotto al salto. Everything tasted fresh. Our server, Braden, was professional, attentive and had great suggestions on food and wine. We can't wait for our next visit!Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options.
Chef Rikki has things completely dialed in. The green garlic bread was insane. The hand made pasta was outstanding and the pork ribs were unmatched. What a lovely evening in Saint Paul on Grand Avenue. Amazing spot!
Everyone here is so good at what they do. The food is amazing. It was fun going in a group of 4 so we could all try different things. We all loved the dessert and couldn’t pick our favorites. Everyone loved there drinks too. I have already planned to go back.
A true neighborhood gem. It’s a tiny charming space (think NYC or Paris lol). You’ll soon forget you’re crammed in because hello delicious, comforting, and unfussy Italian dishes.I don’t have an Italian grandmother but it feels like I’m being taken care of by one when I eat here. Please get the fried olives, those little morsels of umami blew my mind, and I think about them very often. You can’t go wrong with the pastas either. Save some room for their hazelnut dessert.I love that they keep a simple and seasonal menu.
Had no idea this gem was on Grand Ave. Very small and quaint restaurant, with a great vibe. Two of us reserved spots at the bar, and glad we did. Ended up having great conversation with folks sitting next to us, which wouldn’t have likely happened at a big restaurant. Hands down the best Pork Chop I have ever had, served with a side delicious creamed spinach. Food is meticulously prepared, and feels like you ended up eating at an amazing chefs home.
