Famous Dave’s Cowboy Jacks

We came in the middle of the anniversary dinner. It was nice and quiet. The food was absolutely amazing. The waiting staff was not on our face (a good thing for this day at age) But they were there when we needed something. She didn't think I was out of my head when I ordered another side of the bride. felt very comfortable and would recommend back to everyone!

We had a group of 17 and the level of the attentive service we received was more than I expected. Thanks Famous Dave's crew!

We went with grandchildren. My roasted chicken was not hot, neither potato was baked. Kept waited for the server to bring additional Mayo. my GrAnddaughter had asked for her burger. She never came with it, so I went to the manager and asked for another chicken. She apologized and immediately brought another and a famous Dave's compliment with a free chicken dinner. The burger of my granddaughter waited cold for the Mayo. At least the Pommes were good. She could only eat 1/2 burgers too cold. All our meal was okay just because of the free chicken. BTW server finally showed us to tell her the situation. She said she should have had an emergency to take care of us. I'm going back, but too soon.

It was my birthday and my family and I had a great time. Great food and great service!!! Thank you.

5 of us went for my daughter's birthday. Our server was wonderful and very attentive! It was a great meal and great night!!
