Bidra med feedbackThe average food was pretty good. The restaurant was not busy at all and we were sitting pretty fast. And our food came in a reasonable time, but we were never offered to refill our coffee or water and after waiting for quite a help we finally gave up on our bill, so we went into the counter to pay our bill. Overall no bad experience, but service could have been much better.
Food was good, service was amazing, it did take a little bit to get our food, and the proportion size seemed small for the fries and onion rings so didn’t give a full 5 stars. Place was clean. Very impressed with the waitress serving us!
Great customer service and food was good. No complaints here about my experience. Unfortunately, I do not remember the name of the waitress to give her a good review.
My daughter and I ate lunch here on Saturday, May 21. Service was great and the food was fine. I went to pay the bill with my debit card. I tried several times and each time my payment failed. Their internet was down and the credit card company they use said it was a nationwide issue. After at least the 5th try, I said that I would go get cash, come back and pay. I felt so bad for the gal helping me I gave her a larger than 20% tip when I got back. I paid and left. No receipt. Now on Monday, 5/23 TWO payments were taken out of my account PLUS the cash withdrawal on the ATM (which I was also charged a fee for! . Denny's WILL NOT REFUND the two payments so, essentially I paid the bill 3 times. I've disputed with my bank..but come on! It isn't hard to verify they had issues and this happened. They should have just refunded the extra two payments in good faith, just like I went and got cash and came back and paid them in good faith.
If there was an option for no stars and never go to this Denny?s I would have chosen this option. Little to no staff 1 person in front and 1 person in the back. I put an order for pick-up because I didn't want to wait for a short break. The pick-up time was 1:15. Expects there at 1:20 that the food is ready, but of course it was not and there were only 2 older couples in there. Here I waited an hour for the food that was not done and was told to be ready 50 minutes after the app said it was ready for pickup. I asked for a refund for my food, but was said that people could work there?t didn’t know how and was told that I wait until the manager came back when he left the restaurant unattended and was not sure when he/she will be back. That's why I was wasted my whole rest period and had to hurry back to work and go back to work to settle this. Also recommend this place McDonald?s is better.
