I golfed here a couple years ago. It was a lovely time. No complaints. However, I have a membership card (that I signed up for for myself, my husband and friend that was running late) that I was charged for (assumed it was a required fee for the facility use) But now I was charged for it on year the 2nd year anniversary and now just recently- the 3rd! I have called, left voicemails and emails/online inquiries to try and remove myself from the paid membership- I had no idea I was signed up for this yearly fee- with no response! I’ve now paid 3x for 3 different people! Why can’t I, at minimum, unsubscribe from something?!! I would prefer my money back! I don’t mind a 5 fee once! But a yearly membership payment?!!
Stopped in just now and waited at the front to be completely ignored for 10 minutes, I even called the phone number twice. Don’t advertise you are open for lunch when noone is there to greet you… my son walked around to find someone to help us with 0 luck.
Visited Birdi with a friend and had a great time. Kayla was our bartender and she was outstanding. Attentive, strong cocktails, wonderful recommendations and superb personality!
