A BK family break to enjoy the p'tit, well we've known better. Arrival around 1:00, not too many people. Order at the terminals, order number 8/place 122...in case. We decide to install ourselves to the benches, too dirty, it will be for the next time, we choose the small chairs. The waiter brings the tray quickly, a brief check (that 3 menus, it goes fast), it misses the salad and the 2 ketchups, I go there and there a hostess not great to be there tells me that it's normal because they don't have them anymore, I explain to her that the waiter didn't warn us, to see with him....bref I ask her to replace this big salad with fres. Little questions anyway, why have we put salad bowls if there is no more this one, idem for the vinaigrette...The sandwiches were hot. A jump to the man toilet before leaving, one of the 2 urinals had water or something at the foot, the sink has the crassous joints, the faience has not been cleaned since the construction, in short it lacks a little cleanliness, so how are the kitchens. For me personally, I find that there is a part of the staff including a non-friendly manager, very cold.
