Burger King - Saint-Michel

The first time I'm so disappointed with a Burger King. The parking lot is very badly organized with the tail of the disc that exceeds and that does not allow access to the parking lot and that makes you wait 15 minutes for nothing... Our order was served quickly, however, but our burgers were cold and seemed to have been prepared very early (a little too much). The portions of fries seemed unhappy compared to other restaurants and were cold. And the coca was without bubbles... in brief one first and last time in this BK.

At each order there is a forget I will not come back to you again. I order Uber it's definitely another order I get. I order directly to the terminal another forgotten in my order to carry. You should probably check the commands before sending them it becomes really unbearable to always have to call for a problem on the order.

More than an hour waiting before being served after ordering. A shame in the organization of work! A Fast Food that has only the name. Not even compensation. I'm not coming back.

At each passage always a thing to forget, and when you ask something it would be nice to take into account.

Every time we arrive, there are mistakes in ordering, order preparation (ordered products, not the right products put in order, forget the sauces... We have to check every time! It's painful. It has been several times that we have been together with almost bulky wings. Not to mention that there are never all available products (often pastries). The reception is not always there either. In short, the order to take to the kitchen in order preparation, there are real couacs who dissatisfies customers (as I read in the opinions that we are not the only ones to be disappointed ... it is frankly mediocre and this shows that there is a real team problem. It's a shame because we like the products of King Burger, but it makes us want not to come back again.
