Red Lobster - Saint Matthews

Our waiter was excellent, attentive and about all our orders. My food was so good. The fish was perfectly hot and crispy, the broccoli was hot and well seasoned and I loved the hover. I'm a sweet tea fanatic and Red Lobster's tea hasn't disappointed.

We ordered 2 appetizers and a main course, but the waitress never removed any plate, she forgot the crab pliers, so I had to ask her to reheat the crabs. the refill of the tea came to the end and finally we had to wait until someone showed up so that we could pay the bill because they turned off the screen

Was not very impressed by the service. My family and I were there for half an hour. Our waitress barely checked us, and two other tables got their food in front of us and they sat after. My dinner salad was more like soup, so if you want to make your own dressing make sure to ask it on the page. There were a lot of staff and not crowded. Overall, the food was good.

The service was absolutely amazing! Tiffany really cared for us and made sure that we had all the shrimps that had wished our lollies. We all had the lobster pizza as our appetizer and for the main course we have tried every shrimp option next to the refried coconut shrimp! For our lateral frits and orzories. The Orzo rice was a vicious service, but it was fast fixed. I took a star away because the female manager had a bad attitude. We were close to the kitchen and could hear how they scream at the servers that their tables are not fast enough for them clean and see how their cone is liquid and excited. Nobody wants to hear or see it!

This Red Lobster ? is one of my favorites in Louisville. Clean atmosphere and food is always fantastic! I am a top 10 Google Restaurant reviewer. Mario OMG Gully
