Bidra med feedbackWe discovered this nice little restaurant outside the old town and we really liked it. The food is delicious, the desserts excellent and the service friendly.
We wanted a change from the usual crepes and somewhere away from the tourist spots and this didn’t disappoint. Small menu but the dishes were packed full of flavour and great value for money. Really friendly service and a great vibe in the restaurant. You cannot leave without sampling one of their rums take your pick!!!
Extremely friendly restaurant lovely food the best prawn curry I had for a long time the fish terrine was superb my husband love his caramel apple tart that he won’t have any back in the Uk Wine and cocktails delicious and it won’t cost you the earth top dollars
We went there because the menu looked interesting but mainly because we had had enough of crêpes for a few days. Every dish from the salmon tartare to the fish and aubergine curry to the tiramisu was sensitively adapted with fruits, spices and occasionally a little alcohol to give it an imaginative yet well balanced flavour. The restaurant might have a modest exterior but there's something great going on in the kitchen, and the front of house staff are rather welcoming too.
If you want to take a break from galettes and crepes, I highly recommend Le Kaziela. The menu is short but covers the classics of French creole cuisine, and everything is very well prepared. You could even stop mid afternoon for a rhum cocktail and a few fried cod balls. The owners are particularly friendly and called us all by our names by the end of the meal.
