We went to the Ski Boat Club twice for meals during our short stay in St Lucia. Henk was the perfect host and the food was excellent. On the first day I had a hamburger and chips which was delicious and my husband had the famous pizza burger which was delicious. During our second visit we had eisbein which I would say is their signature dish. It was absolutely delicious and we had leftovers for the next day. The venue, service and food were faultless. Well done to Henk and his team.
