Showok Chinese Carry Out - Saint Louis

Showok is a great place great food, great people, great prices!  I eat there at least once per week. Triple Crown, Chicken Fried Rice, Broccoli Beef, GZ Chicken, S Chicken, Crab Rangoon its all great.  Try it you will like it!  Tell them Bob sent you!

This is the place to get Chinese take-out in Kirkwood. I drive passed a couple of closer restaurants for their food, and it always tastes great and the prices are very affordable. Moved to the area a few years ago, and Chinese is among my favorites. Tried about 5 different places in the area and this is hands down the best food... And it's the lowest price!

Great food everytime and great service. The older man who works there (owner? is always really nice. We get green beans, crab Rangoon, veg. fried rice, hot-braised boneless chicken(non spicy for me , and hunan chicken. We've been happy with everything and have been ordering from them for several years.

Good food. Really like Showoks food. It's good food and not too expensive. The funny thing is is that you can place the EXACT same order with the exact same meals and they will charge you two different prices. Sometimes they charge us $20 and other times it's $21.50 for the same food.

Simply put...great food. If you're really looking for a place that's aesthetically pleasing then you should probably go somewhere else. This place does however have great food, the fried rice and orange chicken are really good, and the people they're are very friendly, they gave us free crab rangoon just because it was Chinese New Year. If your hungry one night and are in the mood for some Chinese food, I'd definitely get some carryout here.
