Mcdonald's - Saint Louis

Terrible customer service. There were times when customers were just left to wait in line with no answer and no explanation why they were not orders. There's always some delay, especially on weekends. No reply to complaints. I think this franchise gives McDonalds a bad name. I will not protect these McDonalds until some drastic changes are made.

The worst place I've ever been. Med sizes frits, med chocolate shake and side of tartersause. 25 minutes. And that was, after I was in the car drive, fifteen minutes. That's not an exaggeration. There were two other people waiting longer than me. The worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

Worst McDonalds ever. You really need to turn off this McDonald?s and hire all new employees, that's ridiculous!

Absolutely hate this McDonald's...i sat in the drive-thru at th order screen for 15 mins before i decided to drive up to window... would hv left with the other cars if my kids didnt want it so bad...really cnt see how McDonald's holding on
