The unique formula of the buffet offers various entrances, dishes and desserts. Very good quality products very well cooked. Cooking in the exceptional open oven, especially for meat.
Super nice Excellent cuisine! And refined! I recommend... Dessert extra. Good wine map... affordable in price..
We stayed at the Mercury for 3 days, opted for dinner on the spot. During the school holidays, the formula is to offer thematic buffets and we were delighted by what was proposed. A welcome by young servers, coming and very professional, special attention to diets, diversified spaces for admissions, a hot flat corner with instant cooking in a bread oven in front of the customer, a generous cheese stall, everything is well thought out and perfectly prepared. Each evening, the proposals are different and gourmet surprises at the meeting. A special mention is to credit the young pastry truly to the top and very creative. My gluten-free diet was immediately taken into account by the professional who was able to offer me alternatives specifically prepared for me, all more tasteful than others. She's motivated and explains what she's offering. This restaurant is to be recommended for the investment of its pleasant cooks and who know how to talk about their products as well as for attentive waiters and listening to the customers. We spent two evenings on Saint Lary Soulan, the second night we made the choice to eat on site at the mercury hotel. Tonight, no à la carte menu but a theme buffet formula. We enjoyed ourselves, simple but delicious cuisine. In hot dish, among other things, the terracotta with wood fire was a delight. I chose the mustard sauce rabbit, delicious. As for the buffet of homemade desserts, patisseries and entremets as beautiful as good Nothing to say, gustative quality and a young, dynamic and helpful staff Nothing comparable with the precedence evening in another restaurant of Saint Lary
