Panera Bread - Saint Joseph

I love this restaurant the wobble soup needs a little more cheese, but the personal was awesome and my grill chicken sandwich was so good oh my quality it was so good that is a restaurant to which they can go and they always have different specials on a regular basis, so they can actually say every money mo, whether there is something sweet or something vegetarian they find it at this place

We are used to expensive food, even despite the rise of food costs so this review is not about the food. The restrooms were very dirty with no toilet paper and paper towel. The men's restroom's diaper changing station was very gross and my husband used our own disinfectant wipes before changing our daughter (thank goodness we were prepared! . It was unfortunate to see customers not cleaning up after themselves. Doing so would have helped the one sweet girl from doing it all by herself. Oh and the cashier ran up our food wrong (which was taken care of by the person preparing our food but the person preparing our food forgot some of our food too... This is all uncommon for Panera Bread. We hope management is able to control this better so they don't close from unhappy customers going elsewhere.

This Panera is the worst one I've gone to! I grew up in St. Joseph but now live in the Kalamazoo, area. I went through the drive-through for dinner before heading home and what a mistake! It was a waste of money and big time!!! I gave it 2 stars ONLY because it is a Panera. I could go into detail but my recommendation is to stop at the Stevensville Exit or the Pipestone Exit, either one is approximately five minutes away and choose one of many restaurants where you can get something that's worth eating!

Ive never been more dissatisfied with a business ever. Constantly having issues with their horrible customer service. Their employees are so rude! Online ordering constantly shut off, and then today they informed me that they aren't taling orders on the phone either. I have never dealt with this much frustration from a restaurant before. Ive had multiple bad experiences in a row, and I was using them to get some nice drinks ready for my customers to have something nice to drink.

Paid $30 for 2 picks 2s and a drink. the cup of soup is really small. they forgot my sandwich. i ordered to go in the app and had a drink and they told me to fill it myself. the app asked for a tip too, lol. glad i didnt give one. glad ill never have to go back!
