Kfc - Saint Joseph

I ordered two big boxes, one with a crispy chicken sandwich, fries, and mac and cheese, and one with a 5 piece, and the same sides along with honey mustard. I was given a spicy chicken sandwich and that box was missing a fry, and I received ranch and barbecue sauce, we don 't refund, we guarantee we 'll make your order right. Your job is just to make my order right, that is literally it. Service: Take out

This is the second time we went into order double downs, and they have not had enough to make three double downs at a time or they’re missing the bacon or the cheese and then I just ordered some nuggets that were so dry. I couldn’t even eat them an eight piece terrible. Terrible terrible always understaffed And the food is just not good. We need a KFC in a different location. Service: Take out

Poor management! Do yourself a favor and skip KFC in benton harbor. If you're looking for fresh chicken, head over to popeyes. This kfc is just plain awful. The food ALWAYS looks and tastes like it's been sitting around all day. Soggy or dried out chicken. The sides are, at minimum, just as bad. Mashed potatoes with the gravy soaked in bc they've been sitting out pre made under the heat lamp. Coleslaw always tastes old. French fries soggy and floppy. Mac and cheese, so gross and slimy.
